The complex is not only pet-friendly but also offers a variety of activities that make life here vibrant and enjoyable. The office and maintenance team deserve recognition for their excellence they are attentive and always willing to help, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Furthermore, the tranquility of Alister Deco is remarkable, providing a calm and relaxing residential environment that we greatly appreciate. During the warm summer months, the pool and surrounding patios become charming spaces for various activities, adding a special touch to community life. In winter, the Club Room becomes the hub of activities, offering a cozy retreat for social events and gatherings.
The available amenities are impressive and have significantly enhanced our quality of life. Additionally, the convenience of living here is undeniable, with easy access to routes leading north, south, and west of Boston. The location's convenience has facilitated our daily activities and explorations in the city.
In summary, Alister Deco not only provides a home but also a vibrant community with an exceptional team and quality amenities that make renewing our lease an easy and exciting choice. The staff here are very tentative and on there stuff Each season feels like a Brand new era. From fall decorations to Christmas and winter. So many events and announcements that keep everyone Informed. Very very impressive. |Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex — Alister Deco just renovated most of their apartments which really changed the atmosphere of the apartment living space. Room looks modern. The apartment is high rise roof and has decent size for a complex next to Quincy Adam, T station. Both court yards are very nice during summer. Therefore, they can be crowed.
The management team here is outstanding. They are around to help you. They won't leave you hanging and feel frustrated. The building cleaning is Monday to Saturday which is very nice, and they actually clean, which is a perk of a smaller community. There is a newly constructed walking path from the apartment complex to the neighborhood nearby. They are nice to walk your pets. It is also convenient to commute if you use the T. Also, the complex is right next to 93 to North and South, so that is nice.
Location is not walking distance to any places around. However, driving is not too bad since the location is centrally around multiple south shore hot spots.
Location is also next to BJ, Home Depot, and multiple healthcare providers.
Parking is very limited if you own multiple vehicles, and it depends on how many bedrooms of your apartment. However, it could work for you and try your luck with limited street parking. T parking is across the street is soon to resume to their normal operation, so it could be better.
Outside of the apartment is currently under T constructions. No parking around there either.
Rent is average for the area and since it is right next to the T.
Overall, the management team is very nice and helpful. All your concerns are amplified in less than 24 hours. The living space is comfortable enough.

|Recommended: YesAlister Deco has the potential to be the best place to live. The issues that I have are not with the management of the community, it's with some of the people that reside here. I pay for the luxury of being in a convenient location, having an onsite gym, a dog park, and garage. I also thought I was paying to be in the presence of like-minded people who cared about the place they call home. I didn't think I would have to complain about my neighbor walking over my head like they were wearing cement blocks. I know that when I walk, if I can hear my steps, I correct myself because I know someone is underneath me. When I walk my dog, I take wipes and paper towels because I know that sometimes he can have an accident, and release himself in an inappropriate spot. When he does, I clean it If I can't clean it well, I let management know. I for sure do not leave trash in the hallway, and I expected that others would do the same because you don't throw trash around your home.
